What if I need to cancel my safari?

If you need to cancel your safari, please note the following:

  • Cancellations received 120 days or more prior to departure will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total retail tour rate.
  • Cancellations received 119 to 60 days prior to departure will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour rate.
  • Cancellations received 59 days or less prior to departure are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
